About us

We are developing an on-demand, personalised AI speech and language therapy solution by leveraging digital therapeutics (i.e., mobile app technology), aimed at minimising the negative impact that speech disorders have on families' lives.

Existing digital solutions have yet to achieve broad adoption in the speech therapy market. We are set to disrupt this space by offering a comprehensive solution that empowers both parents and therapists, covering most conditions within a unified platform.

Role overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have entry-level knowledge of software development, the right to work in the UK, and a keen interest in content generation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Integrate various back-end services to ensure a robust and scalable application architecture.
• Convert the content developed by the therapist into our propriety code and technology.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts with effective prompts to automate and manage content creation.
• Fine-tune OpenAI assistants to enhance the effectiveness of our content process & pipeline.
• Stay updated with the advancements in AI technologies and suggest improvements to our content generation processes.
• Develop and connect APIs to support email marketing, sales, and SEO efforts.
• Assist in mobile app development and support the engineering team with integrating and maintaining back-end services with Firebase.
• Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a bootcamp equivalent.
• Proficient understanding of at least one language (such as Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, or JavaScript)
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
