About BeneTalk
BeneTalk is a cutting-edge mobile app and dashboard designed to work alongside speech therapists, enabling individuals who stutter and their families to minimise the negative impact that stuttering has on their lives.
Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. In this role, you will support product development, driving the roadmap, and collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team, founders and design teams to define the product roadmap
- Participate in quality assurance process and prioritize the product development
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to guide product development decisions
- Assist in creating and managing the execution of feature requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of products
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Right to work in the UK or Europe
- Proven managerial experience working in teams (in personal or professional projects)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
