1. Product Description
1.1 Purpose and Intended Use
The SuperPenguin Web Dashboard (SPWD) is a web-based tool for authorised staff (e.g., clinicians, administrators, commissioners, BeneTalk support) to:
- Create and manage referrals for families/carers invited to the SuperPenguin Mobile App (SPMA).
- Track user engagement, progress, and usage patterns from the SPMA.
- Access both individual-level and aggregate metrics depending on role-based access privileges.
It is not intended for direct patient or carer use; rather, it is a supporting platform for professional stakeholders in the SuperPenguin ecosystem. The SPWD itself does not deliver therapy; it provides administrative and monitoring functions that complement the SPMA.
